Service Description
Ascend Systems provides AI-powered phone answering, appointment booking, and lead capture services for businesses.
Subscription & Billing
- Services are billed monthly in advance.
- All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
- Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Overage minutes are billed at a per-minute rate communicated at signup.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information for AI training.
- Comply with applicable call recording disclosure laws.
- Do not use the service for illegal or deceptive purposes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Limitations
- AI may not handle all caller scenarios perfectly.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases.
- Service availability depends on infrastructure providers.
Limitation of Liability
Lighthouse 27 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ascend Systems.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
